Recipe: Healthy Berry Parfait

   



Serves:
1

Ingredients:
1 cup of Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup of granola
(can substitute with cereal)
1 cup of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries
(can substitute with other fruits)

Instructions:
Rinse fruits and chop strawberries into halves.
Pour half of the Greek Yogurt in the bottom of cup.
Add granola.
Add 3/4 of the fruits.
Add remaining Greek Yogurt.
Add remaining fruits.

Enjoy!
