It is going to be a beautiful but long day for you and your fellow Bridesmaids. Bring your makeup, hair spray, extra bobby pins, and other beauty tools for all the touch ups you may need. An emergency beauty kit usually has many miniature size products that are perfect to travel with.
2. Tech Tools (cell phone, phone charger, GPS, digital camera, memory card)
Don't be the bridesmaid who had her phone die on her when the first dance, speech, or other memorable moment happens. We use phones for everything. If your phone breaks or dies, make sure to have a GPS (or printed directions) and a digital camera handy.
3. Basic Pen and Paper (notepad with tear-able sheets and multiple pens)
Yes, you may be asked to write down information for guests or wedding vendors. Have a notepad and pen ready! Common written down information includes directions to the venue or hotel, changes to the seating arrangements, pronunciation of names, and time changes.
4. Comfortable Shoes (fancy flats!)
Enjoy the wedding. When the speeches and dinner are over, kick off the heels and put on fancy flats to dance the night away. You can plan ahead with the other bridesmaids to make this shoe change together.
5. Last-Minute Item Requests from the Bride (could be anything under the sun)
It is your friend's big day. Be ready for last-minute requests and stay on schedule as much as possible. If the bride needs 100 strings of ribbon or some rare craft item for a center piece, do your best with a smile.
